Britt Pertijs obtained a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences in Utrecht in 2018, after which she enrolled in the VU educational master’s programme for social studies. By writing a master’s thesis on right-wing radicalisation in secondary education, she is involved in the Extreme Beliefs project. Britt is conducting research on the correlation between social networks within schools and right-wing radicalisation of students. This research aims to contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing radicalisation among youth within the school context.
