After finishing his bachelor’s degree in business economics Jack worked for many years as a consultant in artificial intelligence (AI) for large software corporations. Jack is very interested in the increasing role AI is playing in society and the ethical problems this causes. At the moment he is a pursuing his master’s in Theology and Religion at the VU Amsterdam. He writes his master thesis about the role synthetic media (think e.g. deep fakes) plays in the formation of conspiracy theories in the Netherlands.
