Dr. Mark Boespflug is Visiting Assistant Professor at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. His work focuses on the history of epistemology and its intersection with philosophy of religion. His interests in epistemology regard belief control, epistemic or doxastic obligations, rationality, testimony, the social epistemology of science and the nature and status of faith. He is author of a number of articles published in journals such as Synthese, British Journal for the History of Philosophy, Archiv für Geschichte der Philosophie and Religious Studies. He is also working on a book-length manuscript entitled, The Twilight of Probability: Locke’s Epistemology of Rational Assent.
